Rockn Baby offers top quality handmade product that are made in the USA. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your order and ship out to you. Custom crib set orders, car seat orders, and shopping cart covers can take 3-4 weeks to ship.
Embroidered items, please allow an ADDITONAL 2 business days for your item(s) to be shipped.
If your order is time sensitive, please contact us before placing your order at email@example.com We can send you a custom invoice with updated shipping prices for expedited service.
Most items ship via USPS, & include Delivery Confirmation with all shipments. Larger shipments may ship UPS. You will receive a email from Paypal with tracking information when your item ships.
Once a package has been shipped, Rockn Baby cannot be held responsible for "lost" packages shown as "delivered".

We will gladly accept your item as a return or exchange within 7 business days of confirmed delivery, purchase from our Lake Elsinore showroom, or any special event we have participated in - UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
Items must still have tags attached and must not be worn or washed.
Item is free of stains or damage that occured after purchase. Item is to be inspected at our store or event upon purchase or within 7 days of receipt.
We do not accept returns on embroidered items.
We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items.
We do not accept returns on crib bedding or car seat covers
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend when you are sending your item back, to send with delivery confirmation to prove it was received by our warehouse. Upon receipt we will credit your account for the price of the item. We will not refund origional shipping or return shipping.
If multiple items are purchased, our website may over calculate shipping. If this occurs, we will refund the difference in the price of the shipping when your order ships. When this happens the over charge is usually only $5-$10.
