CAN I ORDER BY EMAIL OR OVER THE PHONE? TOP

If you feel more comfortable ordering over the phone or by email we would be more than happy to process your transaction that way.
 
You can call your order into 949-502-7620. We are usually in the back sewing, so please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours. We can take your card number over the phone and mail your receipt with your order.
 
If you prefer to email your order, please send to orders@rocknbabyboutique.com Please be specific with links to items and sizes. Please also include your email for us to send a paypal invoice to.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? TOP

  • Rockn Baby offers top quality handmade product that are made in the USA. Please allow up to 5 days for us to process your order and ship out to you.
  • Larger Wholesale orders over $100, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped.
  • Embroidered items, please allow 5 - 7 business days for your item(s) to be shipped. 
  • Crib Set orders please allow up to 4 - 6weeks to ship.

If your order is time sensitive, please contact us before placing your order at info@rocknbabyboutique.com We can send you a custom invoice with updated sipping prices for expedited service. There is a $10 rush fee on top of the expedited shipping charges which usually run about $18.95.

Most items ship via USPS, & include  Delivery Confirmation with all shipments. Larger shipments may ship UPS. You will receive a email from Paypal with tracking information when your item ships.

Once a package has been shipped, Rockn Baby cannot be held responsible for "lost" packages shown as "delivered".

We do ship Internationally.
If you are a international customer and would like to place a order, please email order to orders@rocknbabyboutique.com
Upon receiving your email, we will respond with shipping quote. If you would like to continue with your order, we will send you a paypal invoice.
 
We ONLY ship using Priority Mail international. We use priority mail so your package is automatically insured if lost or stollen. This also allows us to track your package.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE? TOP

At this time, Rockn Baby offers an affiliate program. A banner link to our site would be placed on your website or blog and you can receive a 10% commission for any item sold.

Due to our already competitive rates for our hand made designs we can not offer a standard wholesale discount.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? TOP

Rockn Baby stands behind our designs. We will gladly accept your item as a return or exchange within 7 business days of delivery. Items must still have tags attached and must not be worn or washed.
 
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend when you are sending your item back, to send with delivery confirmation to proove it was received. Upon receipt we will credit your account for the price of the item. We will not refund origional shipping.
 
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS OR EMBROIDERED ITEMS. PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.

WHY IS MY SHIPPING SO HIGH? TOP

If multiple items are purchased, our website may over calculate shipping. If this occurs, we will refund the difference in the price of the shipping when your order ships. When this happens the over charge is usually only $5-$10.
